The A-line dress is reworked in this fashion. The corset and hips are fitted, and the hem gradually flares outward, forming an ‘A’ shape. The A-line dress has been modified to work more closely with the body. Women with hourglass or pear shapes and a firm midsection will love the figure-hugging silhouette. Strawberry shapes can also rock it! With a belt, these can look great on women of all shapes and sizes.

Trumpet gowns.

The thighs are flared in this style, which is fitted through the body. Hour-glass and Petite’s figure types benefit greatly from this style. Pear-shaped individuals should steer clear of this look. Because of the flare, it’s ideal for strawberry-shaped women as well.
