Checking AP Adangal Land Records Online

Landowners in Andhra Pradesh can access their Adangal reports online through Meebhoomi. The complete process is given below:

Step 1: Visit the official Meebhoomi website Click on ‘Your Adangal’ tab on the homepage.

Step 2: You can view your individual Adangal or your village Adangal. If you select ‘Your Adangal’, you can search by any of these options: 

  • Survey number 
  • Aadhar number 
  • Account number 
  • Automation records. 

Fill in the details per the chosen option.

Step 3: Type in the captcha code as seen on the page and press ‘Click’.

Step 4: Your Adangal report will be displayed on the screen. 

It will mention details, such as survey number, area (cultivable and non-cultivable), land description, soil type, account name, experience area and status, strategic area, etc.

If you wish to obtain the Adangal report of your village, follow these steps: 

  • Click on the ‘Village Adangal’ option from the menu. 
  • Select your District, Mandal, and Village from the drop-down list. 
  • Type the captcha code in the space provided below. 
  • Click on the ‘Generate Adangal’ button. 

Your complete Adangal report will appear on the screen with details similar to the individual Adangal report.

Checking ROR 1-B Records on Meebhoomi 

ROR 1-B land records are mandatory for the sale or purchase of any parcel of land within the geographical limits of the state. The process to access these records is very simple and can be done in a few easy steps:

Step 1: Go to the official Meebhoomi website. Click the ‘1-B’ tab on the menu bar.

Step 2: The ROR 1-B report can be viewed either as ‘Individual 1-B’ report or ‘Village 1-B’ report. Select your option and enter the specified details. 

Step 3: Press the ‘Click’ button. 

Your report will be displayed on the screen with the following details:

  • Owner name
  • Father/husband name
